Hi, I'm Portia.

I’m the founder of FramedFIT and a certified flexibility and mobility coach with a passion for helping athletes and everyday movers take control of their bodies. With a background in competitive cheerleading, track and field, and years of personal training experience, I’ve seen firsthand how flexibility, mobility, and stability form the framework of every movement. My mission is simple: to help you move better, recover smarter, and build strength from the ground up.
